Although I prefer white walls, and when I say white I mean snow-white, this turquoise home office was difficult to ignore. The vivid colour contrasts against the retro accessories, compliments the wooden flooring, and creates a fan, dynamic and warm environment to work at. This Victorian end-of-terrace villa in north London is the perfect example of how to implement the latest trend of colour blocking in your home without the guidance of a decorator! The home owners have followed three simple rules for this: they've chosen to keep their walls white, the furniture minimal and to decorate their space using a few modern accessories in two contrasting colour, tomato red and mustard yellow. Colourblocking can be as simple as that!
